We are looking for a Support Engineer that will make it his or her mission to work on Angelcam customers' happiness. We see the perfect Engineer as a native English speaker (or an equivalent if you're not one) with technical background and the ability to communicate with customers through live chat, email and phone.
Your daily tasks, as a member of the support team, will include squashing every so-called ticket in the support queue as quickly as possible and getting on the phone with customers to help them connect their IP cameras to their cloud-based apps. We would love to find a candidate who lives in Prague, Czech Republic and is willing to be helping customers in US time zones. Occasional remote work is possible.
With thousands of paying customers (and even more non-paying users) our product-market fit has been validated. But we still have a greater vision up our sleeves that offers a lot of searching and prototyping challenges and opportunities.
